S Suncoast Blvd is US 19, the same highway you already take for groceries and appointments, so the drive is short and the route is one you already know. You can stop in on the way back from town, sit a while, and still be home before dinner. Nobody has to build a whole day around the visit, and a husband or wife who no longer drives after dark can still get over there in the afternoon.
Sugarmill Manor offers assisted living and secured memory care in the same building, so if memory changes later, the move is down a hallway rather than to another town.
